Terms of Service
General
✦ You must be 18+ to commission me, regardless of the nature of the commission.
✦ You're free to use your commission as you wish as long as I am credited - you can reupload, repost, print for private use, etc.
✦ If you want commercial rights, it must be communicated prior to payment as it will incur additional fees.
✦ I keep the copyrights to the artwork I created, meaning I can use it for personal and promotional purposes.
✦ I do not allow my art to be used for AI or as a NFT.
Payment and refunds
✦ I mainly take my commissions through VGen. If you'd prefer to use another platform, let me know in advance.
→ Other options are PayPal invoice, or ko-fi.
✦ Refunds can be made only if the art hasn't been started yet or it isn't further than the sketch stage; or the agreed upon deadline has passed without any updates.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full or partial refund (depending on the status of the commission) in case I am unable to finish the commission for any reason.
Work process
✦ Deadline depends on the complexity of the commission and will be communicated prior to payment. Usually, it is up to a month.
✦ Please keep in mind that my speed of work may vary due to real-life circumstances. However, I will keep you up to date on the progress as I work on the piece.
✦ Changes requested after sketch stage that are not by my mistake incur additional fees.
Notes
✦ 5€ per change: fee for changes after sketch stage which are not due to my mistake.
✦ due to my art style, if you have complex details on your character, they will be simplified to the best of my ability.✦ Full refunds are only available before I start working on the commission or if a longer period of time has passed and I still haven’t completed the order.
✦ Partial refunds are available if I have already done a part of the work and depend on how far along I am in the process. In that case, you will receive the work done so far along with the refund.
✦ No refunds are available after the commission is finished.
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms - regardless of whether you read them or not.

Starting price is $30 for simple type and $50 for complex type.
Increases depend on the amount of elements, whether it will need custom graphics and similar.The price includes layout design and execution. If you have a pre-planned design, let me know and you will get a discount!
